This is a very good photograph in the classical sense Elfi. It has a good contrast range from the deepest black to the lightest white. The composition and good use of DOF leads the eye right through the frame. It also poses questions for the viewer. Added to my favourites. Best regards John

but it's not B&W, but there was'nt so much of color in the picture... B&W would have ruined this slight "golden" touch ;-)

Hi Elfi, vert powerful image, excellent use of light and shadows, not only to create de3pth, but also to emphasise the enormous tension and atmosphere in this image. B&W is a sound choice, as it empasises the already super stong atmosphere. Great shot!
