I love this time of year, its bright and overcast for most of the day, it gives me losts of great lighting for nature shots. This was taken in the middle of a sprawling metropolis.
I had to get right down on my hands and knees to get this angle, people were giving me funny looks, and my knees got dirty, but i think it was worth it.
I had to take this picture, because it was the only time that the water would look like this on the piece of grass. I love taking photos of things most people wouldn't even notice.
Timothy, This image is amazing in my opinion.It is so sharp and clear. It was certainly worth the dirty knees. As far as the weird looks are concerned, just put that down to the fact that they are unenlightened in regard to the glory of macro work.:) I am glad you took the time to take the image and to share it.
