Although I'm short on time I couldn't let this one escape. It's wonderful. How you've got the gull and post perfectly sharp against the out of focus! The exposure is spot on to keep detail in it's breast feathers. I love it. To my favs.

Dear Joann,
very powerful wildlife portrait. strong focus and nice detail. sky is really amazing and splendid. Small idea is to off-center the bird in the horizontal a tad to get a bit more tension into the image. just an idea though ;-)
