this is wonderful! light, expression, the suggestion of a very short moment when the ghost appeared. are there things in his eyes (mind) we should see? will we ever know what the unspoken words were? (probably a warning, from the frightened figure)...
i like it very much :)

Hi Phil,
I do love combining camera effects with digital - and this is what you have done here: as you wrote, the blur is all in camera, with some spicing up done on the computer. I like it - the main effect is "real", and to me that's the fun of digital photography. Nice! (and kind of a creepy image, to boot!)
