hi,Poe - having one of those days/nts where everything that can go wrong does and so when i saw your image,it just said "peaceful" which is what i need!...love the soft,white organza look of the petals and the delicate lavendar on the tips..very well composed/executed..Shameless feeling weary :(

Lovely detail in the flower petals, Rebecca - as Stephen said, this is not easy when shooting pure white! Maybe a little less centered would look nice, too?

I love the black background, it makes the edges of the flower seem that much more fragile and delicate.

Very beutiful.. i love the angle here.. it looks to me like a Horn loudspeaker... which give me an effect like it can sing also.. hehe.. =) Superb colors and tones. and i love the light setting! Great work my friend.. =))

fantastic flower image...thanks for your comments.It is always nice to hear from you. i was moving here to theis location and wow i must be getting older as i was ... hmm way slower in getting resettled. Well the wood stove is fired up and i'm all cozy now....set for the winter!

This one is really nicely composed and lit, looks really in-your-face 3-dimensional, the pollen is practically making me sneeze. The only improvement would be a little more sharpness.
