This is a beautiful night shot Matt.

The only suggestion I could make would be to have moved the shot a little bit to the right to reduce that red glare (stoplight?)

Other than that, I like to use slower film (100-160) for long exposures to reduce the grain, as slower films have a finer grain. (which I am sure you knew already)
