About Taken this morning at one of my favorite photo spots. Tide is real high as you can see by the water level on the docks. The boat in the background looks like it has had it. Aptly named.

Shutter Speed 3.2 sec.

Thanks for all the comments Brenda, No, this is just a high tide from many, many rainy days. The last hurricane to affect us was last years hurricane Isabel, and unfortunately she was a little rougher on us than this picture denotes. Have a great Sunday:)

Wonderful colors and reflections in this image! And yes the boat is aptly named! Are these flooded waters from "Ivan" or one of the other hurricanes? I heard that Virginia had some major flooding from one of them!?

Very well composed, with good colors, light and details. I wonder if that boat could be restored to sea worthiness?

Nice shot and very good composition. I like the reflection of the registration number of the upside down boat in the foreground.
