About
I really hate power lines and telephone lines, but in this part of town there is no way to get away from them. The building was once a tuna cannery and is now a kelp processing plant. Inviting the local residents to paint the long walls along the street was a great alternative to the raw grafitti that would have covered them in due time. This is definately a latino neighborhood and the character of the murals can be seen in a couple of other locations which I will post. PS was only used for cropping. It would have taken a long time to clone out all the lines, so I just left them.
I like the way you captured the so colorful art expression. I tihnk its part of the almost every big city in the planet. I know the phone lines are usually a bad thing in photgraphy but sometimes it gives the atmosphere and your picture is one of this honorous exception.
