I think the reason while the lack of contrast works here, is, while it's real mist! I only framed the image.

I like this a lot! completely mono and graphic. Very interesting. I just commented on someone elses picture that the lack of black and reduced contrast was not great for his image, funnilly enough, I think it's perfect for yours! Well done.
