Hi Patty, nice tones and a very good still life image. The composition is well balanced, and the choice for the blue background does bring out the pink flowers very well. The tones in the glass are fabulous, and would qualify as a stand alone subject, too...

L'immagine è gradevole, eccetto per la parte destra. L'ecesso di pieghe e stropiccii del tessuto un po disturba. Ma l'ampolla in opaline e le orchidee sono un connubio raffinato.

...la prossima volta prova a mascherare la fonte luminosa (penso sia una finestra) con un lungo telo bianco semitrasparente in modo cha venga tutto illuminato e ti crei un effetto di luce diffusa. In questo modo avrai un disegno di luce lungo tutto il cristallo, molto bello... ma non credo che la soddisfazione ti possa ripagare dal lavoro extra (e costo dei tendaggi) che ti serve per fare quello che ti ho suggerito :-))))))

ti stai cimentando nello still life!
Ottima la composizione e l'essenzialità degli oggetti e delle forme. Qualche piega di troppo sullo sfondo che si sarebbe potuta evitare con una ripresa un pò più "tele" ma che comunque non disturba il complesso della foto.
Gradevoli anche i colori e le dominanti dei riflessi sul vetro.
