No filter Greg. I guess the lines stand out so much because they were extraordinarily deep. Apart from a polariser for brightly lit days, I don't have much of an appreciation for filters actually :)

Great shot Heath, I like the colors and the details in the lines of her face. Did you use a filter to bring out the lines? I'm just wondering, because I will be taking photo's of my Kupuna's (grandparents in Hawaiian). Again, great shot and thank you for you coment.

All I did Viviana is make sure that the camera was metering from her face entirely. The background was a whie sand beach, so it wasn't hard to have it burnt out.
