This is very beautiful again, I prefer those over the blurry landscapes because they seem to gain more of an abstract character which is more easily perceived by me in these simply structured motifs than with the visually more complex topic landscape! Best regards Jorg

Superb photo, your concept of minimal DOF is fantastic in this application. I like the idea of not knowing exactly what there is just beyond the focal area.

There was a distant sea... from where the quasi Cristmas Cactus came... it landed upon these shores... and after so much time... it blossoms annually...
It would be rather banal to speak of focus and DOF... but combined here it works awfully well!
