Hi Bobby and thanks for your comment! Yes.. the hands got abit overexposed.. i noticed that but liked his pose and expression so much that i kept it anyway. About the lightning.. this wasnt a studio.. it was in a very poor lightened room.. and i used a flash.. pointed it back/side. =)

Cheers

Nice portrait and nice sepia tone & lighting, Patrick.

Just a comment that the hands are just slightly overexposed... But your picture is still a good work, very good expression and post (from my heart) :>

Curious... Was it taken in a studio and uses studio lighting ? Did you use a light-meter ? Nice lighting...

Cheers ! Bobby

This is a very beautiful portrait. The sepiatone is rich and the light on his skin is wonderful. There is an illuminating quality to this portrait that makes it powerful. It is the combination of his expression, stance and technique that project such strength in the image. Bravo! T.

Pose is fine, the lighting is good. The hand pose is also good. Only one slight nit-pick is that the hands are slightly brighter than the face. Great portrait nevetheless.

I really like all the textures in this one. And his pose is soft yet strong and masculine. I like the turn of his head. It seems so warm. I liked it right off and the more I look at it... the more I like it. You have a GREAT talent!!!

Thanks for your comment on Dance of the Wind. :)
