Thank you for your kind words. This photo was sent for photo exhibition themed "Child". With red child's t-shirt I tried to emhasize the child. You are 100% right the shot works better in B&W.

This is such a fantastic shot. I love the composition. It is so interesting the way you add color to the natural focal point of the picture. I sat here trying to picture it without the color do as to decide whether I would prefer it without. It is such a powerful image I think it works both ways, but I can definitely see why you did what you did. Also, if I didn't thank you for your very nice comment on my "Youth", I'd like to do so here. I'm just catching up on things and sorry for the delay. T.
