after two days cont.ing on the editors choice i today suddenly saw a human form in a chair which has left the shade of the tree and went close to the sunlight feel of winter is well shown here through the chair. i dont know whether u realised this or not on the distance. good place and good work

Beautiful calm scene, color temperature is ok in your version (more tension in Serges proposal, matter of taste of course). The only real nit-pick is an apparent sharpening artifact around the bench (minor issue, of course. This quite downsized image does not do justice to the original shot, I suppose).
