About The shot's SO grainy because she had maybe, two or three 100 watt spot lights on her at best so had to push the film to the max - 3200 iso. I hate Camera flash (as opposed to flash in a studio) so I always try to go natural. This shot still works for me, with all the grain, so here it is. No PS used.

But it's supposed to be there isn't it? :)
Don't explain it, just go with it.
But get rid of the white spots. (just a little clone a couple of times.
Good one,
Lori :)

I want to go to Japan soooo bad! I'm having a Japanese exchange student stay at my house next week. I'm really excited. And yes, the earthquake was horrible. More than 58,000 people are dead, and more wounded. I had a friend visiting Thailand when it hit, and I can only hope that she is okay.

Wonderful traditional look, I like the expression, it is sad what happened in East Asia, but you know the waves also came to UAE but thanks God it was so weak and no damage caused, that is only happened on the UAE East Coast. Saeed

The earthquake's been upgraded to a 9 - A GREAT Earthquake, as large as they get. I'm sure well over 50,000 people have been killed (if not more like 100,000) and there's billions of dollars in damages but i would like to commend the as usual, top notch US media for staying on "automatic pilot" and only CNN being professional enough to switch over to their sister station - CNN International - for full time coverage. I guess Scott Peterson, car chases, and Wacko Jacko are more important news stories - shame on the American media for being a shadow of what they once were. Maybe this is one of the reasons we have a country full of uninformed, ignorant people that know NOTHING about the rest of the world (I should know - I meet them all the time when I'm traveling). If it doesn't happen in America then it's not REALLY important. An isolationist President (who took only 4 trips out of the country before 2000), the likes of which I have never seen, doesn't help matters. Lets all stay dumb and stupid. (just expressing my "Freedom of Speech" - too bad it's all true) Forgot to mention that the CBC - Canadian Broadcasting - were on top of the story from the beginning. Well , they're still true journalists (not game show hosts).....Pathetic

I just wanted to mention that in light of the massively horrible world tragedy that occuried today lets take a moment to reflect on all the loss of life, loss of family members and friends, property, and ruined lives. May those tens of thousands that are gone rest in peace. It's a very sad day. (for those that haven't heard the strongest earthquake in 40 years (8.9) shook underwater of the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia sending massive Tsunamis' (Giant tidal waves) through out the Indian Ocean. Countries that have lost thousands and were hit the hardest include Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, Seychelles, Kenya (Mombasa - almost 4000 miles away), and Somalia. This is a true World Catastrophe very rarely seen. Let's hope for the best but it looks very bad. My deepest sympathy to all affected, Mark
