Dear Fabrice, wow, thanks for such a great comment...you succeeded...but I know how it is as it is also not my mother language...but it is our only common one...take care

I'm always surprised Verena by your work.. How can you do with very simple subjects a so powerfull picture!! The way you captured it.. for sure, the way you managed the tones.. sure too. The tones are unusual but give rise here to a nice atmosphere. The way you control the intensity of light, which is perfect here..
The way you compose the crossing of the shadow lines on the celling with the lines of the light..
If we take time to look at, we can let us "take" by this lines. The eyes are guiding by these lines, and "walk" in the whole picture by this way.
It's very difficult for me to express such feeling in a language which is not mine, but I hope that I succeeded in it.
A very nice work Verena..
Congrats

Dear Hugo, not at all :)

Hi Verena, a nice division of frames and lines, resulting in a nicely balanced composition. I like the unusual tone in this one, but I hope you won't mind me saying this is a bit too extreme for me...

Cheers,

Hugo
