About	taken the other night, set up this still life for some graphics im going to be doing. this is the shot that will be used in an animation. along with a bunch of others, what do you think, good color, good composition, any thoughts, or suggestions, i have another version but liked this one a lot better, more of a up close mic in your face feel let me know what i can do to make it better

Nice composition, Phillip. Good details and sharp focus.

One suggestion: correcting the colour balance. There is a definite cast on the white background.

This is my dream mic..(jazz vocalist).. it's a smokey room, loungey banter, red dress kind of microphone. At least..thats the way it make ME feel...

..Of the few mic shots you posted...I like the angle,comp and light most on this one.

I think if you darkened the background, it would lend more weight to the mic.

It makes me think of an american diner. Not sure why.

Composition is perfect.

My personal opinion would be to make the background slightly darker so the head of the mic is more defined.

I like it...great offset composition. The lighting and the DoF really 'pushes' the mic into your face.
