my dear IT... the loss of so many is devastating without question... the point is, what we all do with those that left behind and suffer even more... such turbulance must rise within us not only in such catastrophies but all the time for our suffering neighbours... profound work my friend! emy

Maravillosa foto y maravilloso pedido, yo creo que luchar contra la naturaleza no es posible pero contra nuestras miserias y mezquindades si se puede , todos deben ayudar, nadie esta a salvo de nada en este mundo.
besos anne...

we are on the same globe...agree with you...the message needs to be aware to the people for long time as first help doesn't help too much...long term is necessary...

You definately struck a chord with this photo. It fits perfectly with the photo. It's introvert tones, and the turbulent surf is a perfect metaphore, not to speak of the reference of water. The presentation is also very appropriate. Modest, sincere and profound.

Apart from the message you obviously managed to get across, I think this is a wonderful shot. Extremely powerful, and very well postprocessed.

Cheers,

Hugo

To CK:
I likewise born in Djakarta... of a Dutch father & Canadian mother... having maintained a flat in Geneve... but hardly know the country of our mutual birth... there are such long term needs by all those surrounding the Indian Ocean...
