It was long oily and not at all sweet! The little sugar cubes looked great in their paper wrappers. Interestingly the proportion of sugar given in a Spainish sugar sachet is almost double the amount to that given in Australia thus representing which country has a sweeter tooth.
If you could have time to wander around in Turkey, you would see this desert being sold on the streets! (also in patisseries) What its called in Spain? Its "halka tatlisi" (circle desert) in Turkey. Cheers Beka
