About I didn't hear The King's post coronation (AKA Inauguration) speech yesterday because my dog had bad gas problems from something he ate so I had to tend to him - most important things come first. Imagine my shock when i woke up today and heard news reports of the King's idea's about the American Government's (not ALL of them thank God) Imperialistic ideas to spread "Democracy" around the world ! Are they SERIOUS or am I still caught up in a horrible nightmare? This King, with illusions of grandeur, needs to read some history books. Maybe he should start with "The Rise and Fall of the British and French Empires". As he officially begins the "United States Empire" maybe we can start with true Democracy in America first and take away the country from the Multi - National Coorporations, The Military Industrial Complex, Special Interest Groups, and the handful of Ultra Wealthy individuals that run it now and give it back to the people (where it's suppose to be). Whatever the case this is VERY spooky scary talk and Americans better get smart REAL FAST and start listening. We just might have WW III on it's way started by a small gang of lunatics. This is pure Insanity !! No PS used. Last in a series.

Ah, you misunderstood his coronation speech entirely, my friend. If you read closely, he dare not use the word Democracy. Instead, he used words like 'freedom' and 'liberty' almost two times per minute.
Freedom to re-distribute wealth to new robber barons.
Liberty to cut the social safety nets that helped create the largest middle-class on the planet.

Yeah. I raise a toast -- to Hubris

Exactly right CB - He DID get re-elected (even if there was fraud, which I believe there was, it still should not have even been close - maybe 10% to 90%) The People Spoke and now the people can Choke on all his crazy plans (too bad we have to be victims of it too) These are dark days.....Take care, Mark

Here you brother, and listen to the big brother last week, too. That sucks big time, BUT hey!!! more then half of the voters re-elected him and gave him the blessings for the last 4 years and also the mandate to continue the "war on terror-BS" and also the "we bring democraty and freedom to this poor countries". If they don't like we can still put some pressure on them.
NO!NO!!! it's not about the oil! And it has nothing to do with a special interest group, who runs the show down there and makes a fortune...need to stop here; blood pressure rises...
What a big f-up!!!

I wear bellbottoms. They are truly the best cut for pants. Except on guys. That is one of the things I don't like about the 60/70's.
