Preciosa textura has conseguido en las olas y en las piedras. La saturación del color le da magia! Saludos.

I see what you mean about the divided hues and I agree. I do like the water as it is, it has this fresh and clean look to it. Great shadows in the rocks. All in all I find this to be a great capture. Very well done. Lee

I like how the water looks almost like snow/ice. I also agree w/ James about the smaller aperature for a longer shutter speed, f/22 would have let you drop down to around 1/15th. But with that said, I think it looks good w/ the chosen exposure values.

and food well appreciated :)actually i took one at f22 for 1/25sec and it came out too dark - maybe i should have given it more time?? but yu've given me something to work with!!as for the iso - the d70 only goes down to 200 which is what i was shooting at :( not the best for landscapes i know. Th nd filter i had on as well as the polariser.i think the key factor i have to work with is the aperture - too many kids as well that day so wasn't relaxed and left quickly : should have stayed and experimented a bit more. Thanks though for the tips - definately going back there!!

Pretty stuff Stu. Why didn't you shoot at F/22 that would of given you a bit longer of a shutter speed. Also Stu, what ISO are you shooting at? If your not at 100 you could of got a longer time there also. Then there's always an ND filter. Just some food for thought from the chef:)for the next time.

You will just have to get a waterproof housing Stu lol
However, do take a spare change of clothes with you - I have certainly learned my lesson after last weeks mudslide. I daren't go back in case I'm spotted by the park gardener !!!

lol i wondered why that pic was dark - thought it was just a difficult subject lolol. i'm thinking of going back though to the same place and getting in close to the moss with the macro - hopefully get some interesting shots ( without getting wet)

Fabulous capture Stu, love the colours - polariser is a great investment.
It always stays on my lens and the daft thing is I forgot to take it off for the aurora (silly me !!).
Regarding the blur of the water, I like that also but the "purists" and also judges in a competition apparantly favour a faster shutter speed. Using that as a benchmark then this piccie is absolutely spot on !!
Best wishes, Steve
