Larry, I just love the D70 for a million reasons. One being interchangeable lenses. I have a wide angle, telephoto, and macro. It also has many features that I like as well. I wanted an SLR that acted just like a film SLR. This one does.
I had never shot pictures (only normal snapshots) before getting my D70. It has been the single biggest source of fun since I picked it up.
I don't know much about cameras, but if I had it to do over, I would get another D70 in a minute.

This is very nicely done Mark, you captured it well!!
I am in the market for another camera. It is between Nikon Coolpix 8800 which I favor, and Nikon's D70 which you use. The 8800 has 8 megs, a 35-350 zoom lens, a feature I want.
I have seen so many Nikon D70's here at Usefilm, that I am asking some of you if your D70's have something I am overlooking??
What do you think? Thanks!
