About During my lunch hour I decided to get the camera out and go down to the Harbor. Most of the parking lots are full of snow but the main one was open.
While there eating my Donalds Cobb Salad, I got the 3 shots I am trying to post tonight.
this is one of the 2 harbors where the town gets its name.
the Tug Edna G served the harbor for years. She now stands along side of the dock as a tourist attraction. You can tour for a couple bucks. In the afternoon sometimes the guide will blow the old horn, usually while I am napping ;-)
Lots of history here..

IT's interesting to see shrub land around the harbour Jim. Over here it would nearly all be concrete. Like the composition of the tug bottom left quarter. Cool!

Great shot. its amazing how you managed to combine all these elements in one image without detracting from one another. The tug is a real beauty. I'd love to see it in the flesh.

Really neat scene Jim! Looks like a great old town with alot of history and charm!
The tug looks great and the little touches of yellow in the tug the bridge pilings and the pipes on the building. Good shot Jim! My best.............John

I like the effect of the tele lens Jim. Although there is a lot going on in the frame the main elements are nicely linked. The eye travels from the old tug along the bank of snow beside the road to the tree, across the frame from the large building to the red roof and down to the yellow blocks on the left and back to the yellow on the tug. Well exposed and processed. Regards John
