I realy like this as well - Its realy saad that we cant take care of the nature better - hopfully we all can take our responsibility and stop this madness..

But it is easy to write it and say it - harder to realy make something....

I removed the photo because it`s not a canadian or american people thing.Companies are making big $$$$$, american or canadian it does not make any difference. They should clean up the pollution.Your contributing to the beauty of this planet with your beautiful photos.

This is one of those images that pulls our minds in different directions, doesn't it. It's an excellent photograph and I think the smoke stacks actually look pretty. But then....well you know the rest. BTW, I said in a post you removed that my husband was in the energy business...I didn't mention that it's not oil... he was educated to be a nuclear physicist, but instead turned his efforts towards developing alternative energy projects 20 years ago...first cogen and the latest being wind. (Just so you know we're not ones who are contributing to pollution :) He was so self-conscious about having earned his degrees in nuclear physics that he didn't even tell me until we'd been together for many years! Excellent photo of a rotten subject. Including the car was a terrific idea - literally everything is steaming here. Hopefully the people of Lévis say no.

It's at once beautiful and tragic, why do we still allow this stuff to happen?!
