Thanks Cheryl. Actualy I don't think it is a very compelling photograp. I'm my own worst critic. I didn't put too much thought into it. Just thought it might be an interesting texture to macro.
It's always great to get on the fron't page however, I think I have better images than this one that I wish would get some exposure.
I don't think you can put alot of weight on the number a views and comments your photos get. I posted a shot of my daughter and her daughters late last fall. It generated many views and comments. I posted the same shot a few days ago to get in into the current dramatic portrait project. It has received about 1/10th the attention.
I am glad you like the Lemon photo. And I always appreciate your comments...

Really nice macro, Pat: it's almost an abstract. :) Very well done.
