Del, we all have dreams and I'm humbled that you have bracketed me with Marcus whose work I admire immensely and dream of imitating. The B/W rendition shows the decay and sadness so well. Snap it up quick if it's a gold mine. I'll get my pick and shovel out. Den

Nice b&w shot, Del. My dream would be to own those few acres. Bring on the bull dozers.

Yes that would have been an opportunity, if one had the means to take advantage of it, Del! Glad you were able to get a few shots before it's gone. Dave.

Thanks for the comment Marcus. I have looked at your site and between you and Den Thompson I could never feel adequate taking action bird shots. I find both of you take amazing photos of birds in flight. Del.

Del, you should have bought this place, looks like a handy man special. snicker, snicker. So sad that so much of our woodlands are being developed. Jim Gamble

very nice shot Del, the tones and detail are right on. I know the feeling as here we have undeveloped areas one day, and a year later just as you said, new area with nice houses and outragous prices.. very well done....
