I use Paint Shop PRO. I currently use v9 and can be found on Amazon.com for $89. If you are on a budget they have 2 used v8 for $39 and thsy both work just fine. All my framing and masking and touch up is done through this program. I've downloade free pre designed frames and masks from the web. This program is allot easier than Photoshop and I have it too.
Thanks
Peter

How funny, Peter. Clearly he rusted because of all the alarm clocks competing. Really well done.
