Yes both of thesefilters were used to extract a little extra detail and contrast from the sky and allow the slightly backlit grass to really glow. The polariser only had a marginal effect on the sky as the angle of view in relation to the sun wasn't at its most favourable.

what a green! great sky; and excellent composition; this a photo that would even be valid in an out of focus mode where lower lace green would mix perfectly with the upper wild sky living a gray undulation inbetween; I love it

Quite right not manipulated the grass is just a wonderful lush green spring carpet but rarely have I had a sky of character to match it.
