Hi Tiffany. You really are having a good time with that macro lens, aren't you?
I like this image because I'm usually drawn to abstractions and my curiosity forces me to click on the thumbnail to see if I can figure out what it is. I'll admit I'd have never guessed this one.

I would probably like it more if the the left side of frame were also in focus and it just gradually went blurry towards the back. I also find the small, out of focus projection from the rear rung (probably the vertical part of the ladder) to be a bit distracting.

I do think the interplay of light and shadow is very appealing. ~Kurt

I think this one is perfect.
Correct composition, a superb use of selective DOF, very nice conversion in B&W, light is nice.
