I like this one very much, Merete!! The way parts of the image melt into the background and others look like thick paint is very well done. Excellent composition and lovely subject. As usual, your lighting is terrific too!!

Beautiful!!!! i love the old-world feel of this piece, like an old-masters painting. The texture you've created, the colour & tones, & the framing all work together to create a very dramatic & compelling piece. Very, very beautiful.

great idea. My first thought was the same of nr 2.
So if I understand well, you made a photo of this flower and shanged that by PS (or something like that) into this painting look-a-like.
The frame is a job on its own.
