Del, my dear friend. I'm soo far behind with viewings and comments but I want to send my greetings for a Happy Birthday (hope I'm not late). Have a really GREAT time and ENJOY. I'm really glad Margaret sent you a card and I endorse all the sentiments. You can give her as many hugs as you want and I don't need to close my eyes. Den

Where's the green beer? Happy St. Patrick Day, back at ya, Del. I like everything I see on your plate. The boil potatoes though would raise havoc with my sugar level.

Nice shot. I am home sick and probably wont be able to go out tomorrow. Although my last name is German, I have one quarter Irish blood - Burke.

So is that cornbeeef & cabbage? You know I heard thy don't even eat that stuff in Ireland. At least my Irish boss tells me Irish cornbeef is nothing like America's version. Me personally, don't touch the stuff! Happy St. Patty's Day though; me I think I'll stick to the green beer. kekekekekeke...Dottie

You are correct. And our brisket goes into the smoker in about an hour. After my last trip to Texas, there'll be no more boiled meat.
