Thanks, Nicole. I look forward to seeing what you do with it. You have an exciting portfolio.
The painting seems to have an inner light with strong shadows and it seems to have an increased perspective from where I was standing. The artists must have planned it that way.

Thanks, Doyle. I had no idea it would look this way, because it did not look 3D to my eye, until I saw it on the computer screen.
It looks like 2 artists signed it at the bottom - only partly shown. They really knew what they were doing. It looks like the sun is casting a shadow even though, clearly, it is overcast on the rest on the street.
Thanks for noticing. I enjoyed receiving your comment.

A perfect angle to take this picture at....it allows us to experience the art and realize how well the atist did his work at a street level.

neat, it does look like it is 3D. Gives me the idea to try to do something like this with one of my images and play in photoshop to give the look of 3D. cheers, nicole

This is so well done. The boat sure does look like it is sitting on the painting rather than a part of the painting. Good capture. Thanks for showing us. Mary

Thanks, Judi This was painted on the main street in Lake Worth, Florida - hard to believe - so real and 3-dimensional.
Sorry I did not get to meet the artist - I got to the event late - the paintings usually stay until it rains.
This made it worth the trip.

Hey Leora,
Wonderful capture! I almost ducked when I thought the boat was coming out of my screen?

hi leora... i knew right away this was a depiction of ife in thailand. the boat and the ribbon on the bow gave it away. nice colours by the artist and good framing of the art on your part.
best wishes ~ james

Thanks, Jose. This was totally a lucky shot.
The lighting late in the day on the street painting gave it a surprising 3D effect. Could not resist.
Wish I could give credit to the artist, but he was nowhere to be found - end of day. We were lucky to see it, especially because there had been rain most of the weekend.

Great shot ... the boat is sailing our of the sidewalk!
The child's foot should be distracting, but it's the first thig to tell you the painting's not real.
Thanks for the comment!
