No the Blur is done using a long lens .. like 70-300 ...
I've used PS only for the tines and crop.

Saintz, a very nicely taken bird. Very sharp, nice contrast, and nicely framed. I like the white space with the blurs, altoug some may complain and ask for a tighter crop. Good photo - well done.
