I do like this photo - it is very simple and yet very striking. I like the way it darkens toward the top of the frame - I would also like to see the bottom of the photo fade to pure white - so that you can't see where it ends - add more mystery and keep me guessing!
Very nice.

A very simple idea but very effective and a very good photo!!
I like the composition and the way the photo darkens slightly at the top giving a strong depth of field.

I think the overworked but under understood description minimalist applies here. Very soothing, and appealing. As with many good, simple images there's more to this than first appears to be the case. A contemplative aid. Would go nicely in a library.
