Scanning as color at the standard settings of the scanner seems to work really fine. Peaceful place, one can't hear this crazy world's noise there, I bet.
No Jimmy it is slightly toned, I'm not too fond of just using Greyscale, I always scan B/W film as color neg and work from there. Greyscale always looks too cold and like a newspaper photo for my taste.
