About	This image was a bit dark. -Applied a Shadow/Highlight in PS -Image/Adjustment/Shadow-Highlights -Midtones at 20% (default is 50) It brought out the water, buildings and sky a bit better. It's simple to do and works well most of the time.

Yes it's a bit dark, but the reflection from the water did affect the lighting. Maybe a bit cropping of the water could help. Beside, it makes your picture a very nice panoramic one...
