Thanks Jennifer, I loved the pigtails too. It was so funny, she looked totally different in every shot. She had a very expressive face. I loved the fence too, I'm glad I found a way to make it work compositionally.

Thank you David. I'm glad you see something here, I did too. I think I was using my 28-105mm lens. I can't remember. If it wasn't that it was my 300mm. That's all I have.

Excellent shot, Dale Ann!! I have NO problem with the blowouts! How could you, with that face, those pigtails! Love the peely paint on the fence, and the DOF really makes her pop! Great shot!

Lovely child and good B&W dear Dale, maybe too add more black/contrast, cause there are some too overexposed parts on her clothes and face, but that is minor!

this is really a good one. The fence is a nice detail. I don't mind the blown out parts. I can see why this was one of her favorites. It certainly has something. What lens did you use here?
