There is some inconsistency with exposure balance in this picture. I would recommend bringing out the foreground and darkening the sky so you get more effect from the cloud. Good idea, and fixable!

Nice composition but it's not getting all the milage it could out of that beautiful sky and its reflection. A bit under-exposed, in other words. I think just a bit of a tweak with PSCS's Highlight-Shadow tool could make this really sparkle. There's some great sunbeams there, too, that might come out a little more with a tweak or two.
