Thanx for your nice comments buddy.
Actually the flamingos were in the shade and they were fighting and moving, I thought that at ISO 200 (which is the lowest ISO on my Nikon D100) for adequate exposure may be the shutter speed will be so slow that the movement of the flamigos will give a blur effect, so I raised the ISO to 400 and I got a shutter speed of 1/125 sec which freezed the movement of the birds and at the same time gave a good exposure and deapth...

What an amazing picture Khaled? and perfectly presented vertically! I think a bit more lateral space would be best, but the captured moment? the foreground whiteness of the amazing birds, the greens, golds, reds,? BEAUTIFULL!
