did you play with the contrast?....there is something about the your skin tone in the face that looks unnatural,im not sure.
Also, maybe a little cropping on the right side would help to get rid of that "thing" that's in the bottom right corner.

Hola Mabel, estás muy guapa, como siempre. La luz en esta imagen es excelente, me gusta mucho como tu piel se muestra tan sedosa y clara. El contraste de texturas de ti y el tronco es muy bueno porque como que te integra al recuadro.
