Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I love good snow pictures - living on the south coast of Ireland its a very rare sight.

You don't to have to be up to your knees, in the cold white stuff, to appreciate this winter scene, Kim. The clouds above the lighthouse, are a fine way, to grace this ocean's edge, snow scene.
Your settings show a very bright day (1/500 at f22). The exposure is perfect.

How are you doing these days? I should really go over to pnet and check out some more of your stuff. I miss the old days where it seemed like we were all a lot more close, and I really miss our Artie sessions! Learned a lot those days!

Hey girl, what have you been up to? This is beautiful with all that texture in the foreground leading me to the fabulous towering light. Sky is perfect, could not be better designed! You lucky girl, to live where there is such beauty to shoot. My kind of beauty. Adding a self portrait so you can see the person you gave a laugh to today.

Great lighthouse capture. I'm surprsed also, I've been doing a series of a lighthouse and the snow is always melted by the ocean, but it's on a beach.

Kim this is gorgeous! I love how that swirl of clouds circles around and points the eye right back into the picture. What a wonderful winter scene. I don't mind looking at winter from Puerto Rico...hehehehe...I like the water and the light tower, and the light dusting of snow so that you can still see the greens and browns...that sky is just beautiful....wonderful image....:) Hugs Linda

A little bit of snow looks good - temps here are starting to approach the nineties. Do you have a graduated ND filter? You should with all your nature/dramatic sky shots...
