Thanks for your comment. I did try to paint the table, but it just didn't look right. Maybe I'll have better luck next time. I've been trying to photograph this guy for a couple of weeks and this is the first time I was able to get him. He can really move! :)

Nice composition and colours Laurie. I suggest you built yourself a small bird hide with some cheap canvas and set it up close to the area where the birds frequently visit and with a nice even background. This will take care of the loss of definition and glare/reflection one so often get through glass. Thanks for sharing.
