I meant, of course: anachronistic. Thinking of one word and typing another, while thinking of brave soldiers on the phone. Sometimes it amazes me how stupid I can be. Ok, everything should be clear now...

Ha! I wondered why the uniforms looked a bit anachronous. Though nonetheless very similar to the ones I was seeing 18 or so years ago when I was, er, monitoring movements of military hardware in the dark forests of Brandenburg. (not really) I obviously wasn't paying attention. I will not be fooled again, oh no.

Thanks Paul!
These are not military types. They're civilians dressed up in WWII uniform. :)
These guys were dead bored with impending rehearsal and opted to shorten the time over a chit-chat.

Konstantin,
Very good, this. I imagine that it may not have been easy to take, as military types do not normally like to be photographed, and they go all sulky and illogical when they see someone with a camera.
That makes the synchronised phoning all the more amusing!
Well done on being so quick off the mark.
Lovely horses too!

Glad you took time to leave a note. Thanks!
Shot at about 8PM. No sun. A pity.
