Nice shot! Color, contrast. composition are all very well done! As for Ken's comment, yes, not a "great image" but still very nice. I think the posture of the swan is what would make the difference. it is an interesting pose but seems unatural, as you may have caught him in mid motion.
Not all photos have to be great, really good is good enough, sometimes..
