Dear Cris,
Don't worry about it, read the last three comments in http://www.usefilm.com/image/754026.html it tells you a lot about her, her image of rural and urban people, her image of Romania in the European context and how it's not a REAL part of Europe, perhaps in 2007 Romania will be the paesant girl going to live in the "Big" city?
I don't (want to) believe Mirela's comment as offensive, perhaps it is just referring to the pastoral air of your picture. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt.

I have already commented this photo, and for my humble opinion, good photo is one! a lot sweet and delicate, I believe that Mirela (seeing its portfolio) has one sensuale vision of the portrait! but to to be precise nobody the judgment is perfect that we give is always subjective! perhaps it is better to clear, but I have seen as he has not answered to you! :- (

HI Christina, this is a wonderful portrait one to be proud of. I read your question about what Mirela's comment. I think you didn't understand, I think maybe she said it as you look like you have that clean open country look(can also called peasant bbut in a good way maybe), Those gilrs I would say have beautiful clean skin wonderful big open eyes, your dress is like a sundress wornwhen relaxed and happy not formal and the hat to keep off the country sun. But you are also dressed like a city girl with the jewlery and the soft make up. Very very beautiful. That is how I understood her comment to you. I seemed a compliment not a critisim. I also think it is a wonderful photo.

truly soft.. I see a little shadows on the shoulder for a light that comes from right, but I very appreciate the delicate one silhouette of the face!

Era tare bine acolo si sinii tai calzi îmi pastrau timplele.
