About Shot in B&W. Adjusted contrast and brightness a little. I was in a small aircraft with about 14 passengers. I was fortunate enough to be sitting just behind the pilot. I did not have to crop the photo. The shot would not have been what I wanted if I had been sitting anywhere else.

PJ... this is great information for me. Thanks again. Back to the drawing board to experiment more.

Thanks PJ... I've been working on improving my B&Ws. Thanks for all your tips. If you can, show me the differences between shooting in color first and then converting, verses just shooting in B&W.

Thank you for your comment. I think if I were to chose between color and B&W, I would definetly choose B&W's.

Thanks for the comment. I guess I was feeling it was a really good shot in B&W and that it would be a more dramatic feel. Color at that moment just wouldn't tell the story. Not to mention I was experimenting with my new camera. Tee hee.

Nice timelessness in this black and white image. Photography is at its best as a documentary of our days.

I like this photo as I am an aircraft lover. But may I ask why shot in B&W instead of colour?
