Great view of the old castle Bobby... This photo has worked really well. Love the bridge in the foreground & how it's seperated from the castle.

it is all to do with pospective in the image.
I did calculate the siz of the Birds be for I

Hi Bob. I see the answer to my question in some comments that were added later. In my original comment, I asked about the birds as I, too thought they looked a little big in proportion to the rest of the picture. I see Inji had the same concern and you explained why they are as they are.
This truly is a beautiful picture. A painter could not come up with a better scene. As I said, fairy tale, happy princess and prince setting.

Green Paradise my dear friend !!
A real inviting peacful place ,
looks like a wonderful classic
painting !I like a lot the inner view
behined the arches of the bridge ,
only one thing my great photographer ,
the size of the birds seems very big
in comparison to the castle's size ,
but love it so much dear Bob.

There is so much to look at in this picture--the wonderful archway, superb greens, the castle. It has a beautiful fairy tale feel about it. Wonderful! Bob, am I right in assuming the birds were added?

Very nice landscape and gentle tones. Probably, it'd be better to crop foreground a bit to put bridge in the center, imho.
