Very nice Mark!
It's like something from an old poster for a carnival geek show. It has a 1920's feel to it. You should do a series of these. Different cages and maybe different models for some variety. How about a larger cage with a male and female head?

You know, I think one minor tweak would have been cool:
Move the key light downward just enough so the shadow across her nose becomes a 'unibrow'.
