Hello Ray. As for my C-60, I like it. You can probably find it somewhere for $249. I paid $300 for it when I bought it 6 months ago. For the price, you get a great camera. It's 6.1mp's and it also has the manual modes on it. I like it because of the manual mode. It's not as versatale as an slr camera. The shutter speed can be set anywhere from 8 to 1/1000th of a second and the aperture can be set anywhere from f2.8 to f8. It has a durable stainless steel body. It also allows you to do many things with the pictures such as b&w, adjusting the white balance, macro mode, etc.

Neat shot. I've got one of very similar composition in my photos here on Usefilm.com at http://www.usefilm.com/image/445686.html. How do you like your Olympus C-60? I am considering one for my daughter. Any thoughts?
Thanks! Ray

Matt, there is a really great program called Neat Image that really takes most, if not all of the manual work out of taking noise out of your photos. Instead of messing with channels and hue & saturation settings in PS...this does it for you and even has a plugin for PS.

That looks much better. How did you do that?
